The breakfast



We serve you a Norman breakfast composed of local products: different kinds of bread, homemade jams, honey from Normandy, butter from Isigny Sainte-Mère, homemade yoghurts, eggs from our hens, cheese (Camembert), homemade preparations such as crumble with fruits from our orchard, cake, etc., all accompanied by a hot drink and apple juice from the Romilly orchards

The guest table



At Ervée's table, we serve a family and local cuisine. The menu is composed of a dish, most often a simmered or roasted meat, in a casserole or in the oven, accompanied by vegetables and/or starches; a cheese (Norman) and a homemade dessert. We adapt if necessary to all food intolerances or constraints
